Game: This is the game of choice. While the series centers around Texas Hold'em, we reserve the right to introduce other games into the line up as the interest demands.

Limit: The three main limit categories are fixed, pot limit and no limit. The poker tournament series centers around no limit poker, however if the interest demands we can introduce other limit structures as well.

Max. Number Entrants: We will not exceed the maximum number of players. Players are admitted based on first come, first served.

Tournament Structure: This column deals strictly with with the type of tournament and pay out to be used. The main types of tournaments used are Heads Up, Proportional, Shoot Out and WTA (Winner Take All). Championships will employ a proportional system.

Grand Final: These events carry a higher point weight per event, usually double or triple that of normal events.

Buy In: The cost for the entry in the tournament. Two dollars per player per event is set aside to increase the prize package of the Championship event as well as to pay the top three positions at the end of the season.

Standard: The winner of a typical standard-payout poker tournament must win all the chips while winning a fraction of the total purse with the remainder of winnings being distributed proportionally based on player finish in a traditional format of continually condensing down keeping tables as even as possible. This is the most common tournament format.

Bounty: This is a typical standard-payout poker tournament with a twist. During each blind, one random player per table will be designated as the "Bounty". Anyone that knocks out a "bounty" will receive an additional 100.00 points to be added to their point total for this event, as well as a $10 cash bounty.

Knockout: This is a typical standard-payout poker tournament similar to a bounty event. Basically, everyone has a price on their head at all times and if you take a player out of the event, you receive a predetermined prize.

WTA: Winner take all. One tournament winner with the entire purse being awarded as a first place prize.

Shoot Out: This type of multi-table event will allow the last two players alive at each table to advance. In the second round, all the tables are composed of previous table finalists.

Survival:
This is a typical standard-payout poker tournament however the payout is different. 25% of the prize is set aside for the winner of the event. Once the tournament is down to those that place in the money, all of the chips are converted to actual money, with blinds being appropriately altered. The low stack at the table has the option of cashing out their chips at any time. If they do, their chips are removed and they are paid off. If someone gets knocked out, they don't receive any prize.

Heads Up: This is a bracketed single elimination tournament where players face off against each another one at a time with the winner advancing with all of the chips from the earlier rounds. In the end, two players will face off with identical chip stacks. The two winners fight over who gets first place money and who gets second.

Championship: This event is one that players would need to qualify for, accepting only the top 9 players. In the event a player that had qualified for Championships cannot attend, the next player in succession will be invited to fill the 9 player field. Prize money will be acquired from each tournament and held over to increase the total purse of the Seasonal Championships.
